Just purchased a reference 7900 xtx. Card is working great, except when I enable Radeon Overlay. As soon as a toast notification comes up or I turn on the performance monitor, the GPU usage drops to below 10 percent, the GPU clock speed drops significantly, and the framerate tanks causing stuttering. As soon as I turn the overlay off, performance returns to normal.
I'm running 23.1.1 drivers and have tried using DDU and reinstalling drivers several times. I'm running a 5800X3D with 32 gigabytes of RAM. Operating system is Windows 11 21H2. Monitor is a 3440 x 1440 165 hz panel.
Any ideas how to fix this would be greatly appreciated because I would really like to use some of the features of the overlay.
