screen flickering

the screen flickers in browsers, in all browsers.
Fixing this problem can only be done by disabling the browser feature "Use hardware acceleration when available".
but I can’t turn it off because this is a necessary function, it allows you to play video. I have the newest driver.
Can AMD fix this issue with a driver?

I am facing the same issue since the jan 11 amd driver update. It was not fixed in the feb driver update. 

HP victus - R7 7840HS with Nvidia RTX 3050. For reference the PC works fine with Nvidia graphic card and no screen flickering is observed. The AMD radeon graphic card is integrated.

The same problem, this is problem with the drivers, on the driver whql-amd-software-adrenalin-edition-24.1.1-win10-win11-jan23-rdna everything is fine, newer ones cause a problem in browsers and games, some kind of overexposure , the glow is very bright, the problem cannot be solved, either AMD will fix the problem in the firewood, or this will be a new unsolvable problem of using an AMD video card.
my config: 7900xtx, Windows 11 23H2, 5800x3D
