I'm not too experienced with computers so please be patient

Everytime I play a game (specifically Roblox) my entire montitor crashes and goes green or gray. my monitor is connected with HDMI, and my GPU is uppdated up to date, so I'm not sure what else to do? I played Minecraft a while back and it didn't crash so I'm not sure what the issue is (even if my in-game graphics level is low it still crashes)

I've been having Black Screen Crashing for the last few days and someone had a Solution to go to your Radeon Software and go to Performance then Manual and tune your Min Frequency to 5% and then turn the Power Limit to 50 I did it and haven't had a Crash Yet and hopefully I don't
