sapphire nitro+ RX470 4GB no display

when I turn on my pc the GPU fans spin but there is no display and it's not there in the device manager.

I have tried to update my drivers , reinstall them but every time it says that the drivers cant be updated/installed because there is no AMD hardware detected.

I have also tried updating my bios.

Would probably say GPU has died..

Take the card out and try it in a different slot..
