RX570 converter problems

Here's my setup : i5-4590, radeon RX 570, 450W PSU.

Everything runs fine, but the one thing is that my monitor (Dell E2216HV, female VGA only) doesn't match with RX 570 (DVI-D, HDMI, 3 DPs all female). I tried using converters:

1. RX 570 -> HDMI male -> VGA male -> Monitor => No signal .

2. RX 570 -> DVI-D male -> VGA male -> monitor => No display despite the electrical signal at the input of the monitor (tested with bare hands).

What should I do next?

DVI to VGA adapters are cheap and should do the trick - you say you've got signal at the monitor using this method but are you certain the monitor works?

Do you know for sure the RX 570 card is good?

Are all those "Active" VGA Converters?

You will need to have a Active VGA Converter to be compatible with your VGA Monitor.

Also you need to purchase the correct converter that supports your VGA Monitor input Resolution and Frequency.

At first, the HDMI to VGA worked just fine, but then it happened to send out no signal. The converter still works on my older GPU.

my mainboard is H81M-D, BIOS American Megatrends Inc. 2204, 6/17/2015
and RX 570 release date is later than that. Could my BIOS be at fault for that? Should I update my BIOS?
