After updating the main board drivers, which were already some for RGB when turning on and off the computer, the RGB on the video card blinks singly in a different color than the set one and makes a clicking sound that resembles static electricity. The GPU RGB cable is plugged to the main board also. RX 7900 XT Red devil Motherboard: Gigabyte

I would also ask on the Power Color forums as it is there card.
Do you have individual VGA power cables connected for every slot? It's really hard to tell from the description. Might be some coil whine, might be power supply. Also, sometimes it's something as simple as a lose cable connection. I'd start there.
