RX 6600 start issues

Hello,

After OS reboot my RX 6600 fails to start sometimes, not visible in system, no signal output, fans are not spinning. Currently I fix this by turning PC off, plugging out power cable, plugging out graphics cards' power supply (keeping it in PCIe slot), starting PC like that, and then reconnecting everything to how it should be. Is there a way to fix this issue?
My PC specs are:

Ryzen 5600G
RX 6600 MECH 2x
Gigabyte B550 AORUS ELITE V2

Any help will be appreciated.

What power supply are you using ? Are you using the standard power cables or modded ones ? Have you taken all power cables out and reattached to ensure fully engaged ? What driver do you have installed ? Have you done full DDU and reinstall ? Have you tried the card in the other pcie slot to determine if its an issue with the board ?
