Hello, a few days ago I bought the RX 6600 and when I start playing any game after a few minutes the game crash. I tried uninstalling and installing different drivers but none works.  The temperatures are perfect and the graphic is well connected. I would appreciate the help to solve this problem.

My system specs: 

GPU: AMD Radeon PowerColor RX 6600

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor 3.20 GHz

MOtherboard: B450M DS3H V2

RAM: 8x2GB 3200Mhz

PSU: Corsair CV650

Try running DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) in Windows Safe Mode, and then run a clean install of the Radeon graphics driver.

I solved this problem by updating the bios.

Hello, I have the same problem as yours in games and it is giving a black screen when playing a few minutes in games or crashing in unity.

My video card is Jie Shuo's RX6600M 8GB, could you please send me the procedure to update the BIOS and help me solve this problem?

Hello all,

I have an HIS AMD Radeon 4GB RX 570 in my cyber power PC and I can no longer play my games... I called the number on my PC and they said I needed to get an RX 6800 with 8 or 16 GB .

My question is, will an AMD Radeon RX 570 with 8GB instead of 4GB work?

Any and all advice would be very much appreciated as I have no idea what the hell I'm doing.
