That motherboard model number corresponds to a Dell 0C96W1 Optiplex 7060 MT Motherboard Socket LGA1155.

If that is the system you have it is a SFF or Small Form Factor case and you are limited to a half-height card. The specification sheet linked below lists compatible graphics cards on page 13.

Similarly you will be constrained by what the Dell power supply will support, they are notoriously underpowered. It may even be lacking dedicated PCIe power connectors, and require a slot-powered card only.
