Good evening, I'm noticing when I play Perfect World that some skills of some classes are buggy, I think the video card doesn't recognize the game as 3D or something like that, when I add another NVIDEA video card it works normally, or when I use the standard on board processor card and it also works normally, NOTE: everything is updated on my desktop!

I searched for system requirements for Perfect World and it looks like that is a DirectX 9 game?

As AMD is retiring the pre-RDNA cards, including the RX 580, to legacy status, I doubt they will be releasing any more driver updates, particularly for 20+ year old DirectX technology.
