Did the issue start after you updated your GPU drivers? If so, you can try to clean install an older version of the drivers (AMD Cleanup Utility and/or DDU). I had to roll back to 23.12.1 for stability.
Do you have Windows Driver updates disabled? If not, Windows Update might be overriding your AMD GPU drivers automatically. There are guides out there how to do this.
Is your PC stable other than when playing games? If not, your RAM might be going bad. You can run a MemTest86 to verify.
Did you recently upgrade any hardware? If so, your PSU might not have enough power for all of your components.
