graphic card not giving display and not detected by the bios nor windows

i have a rx 580 8gb version by xfx

so the graphic card is not being detected by the system but there is a blue light on the card

my system configs are :

i7 8700

16 gb ddr4

vs550 power supply

b360 motherboard

it was working befor but i took it out then used integrated graphics for a while then put it back in and it stoped working

Check to see if in BIOS the Integrated Graphics is the main Graphics for the computer. Make sure you have the RX as the main Graphics Display in BIOS.

can you tell me how to do that 

and i checked my bios with my graphic card installed with the integrated graphics

and it does not show if any graphic card is there in my pci e slot
