GPU HOT

AMD Radeon(TM) R3 Graphics is getting very hot while i am doing very little. I know a bit about computers but i have never messed Processors before. I would like to fix it before it does damage to my new computer!! 

AMD A4-9125 Radeon(TM) R3, 4 compute cores 2C+2G PROCESSOR
