For AMD Laptop generic graphic drivers that is normal to see.
Even though the laptop GPU card will have a different name and model number, The driver will be compatible and supported by the one used by your GPU installed on your laptop.
To get your correct GPU model to show you must install the HP AMD Driver from HP Support in which it is 100% compatible with your HP Laptop.
By the way, if your HP laptop has a AMD APU (processor with graphics) then you must download the AMD APU Driver which will install both the integrated and discrete GPU graphics drivers.
If your HP laptop has an Intel APU then you must have the latest Intel graphics and Chipset drivers installed for the AMD drivers to work correctly.
