This all began two days after I got my new computer. Initially, every game was running smoothly. However, while playing CS:GO, I encountered an issue. When I alt-tabbed, it crashed the game. Subsequently, whenever I launch it, the screen turns black after displaying the Valve logo. Moreover, this problem extends to every game in my Steam library, except Geometry Dash. Additionally, after a crash, I'm unable to close it through the Task Manager. I've also observed that whenever I alt-tab, the audio in any video I'm watching or during a voice call starts glitching out. This issue is often followed by a driver timeout.
Please help me; nothing has worked so far.
things i have tried doing:
-factory resetting my pc
-uninstalling my drivers and reinstalling
-updating my drivers
-contacting steam support
-verifying game files
-clearing download cache
