I recently bought a new graphics card because I was having the same issue on my old on so I assumed it was a problem with the graphics card or driver because the issue started when I tried to update the driver. I have the Radeon RX 6600 and when I open games like fortnite or gta I get max 6 FPS, however when I played beamng drive it was low fps for a while then became find suddenly with bad screen tear. I think I installed the driver correctly but I am not very experienced with computers. I don't understand why this is happening and I couldn't find any video or forums to help me anywhere.
(I uninstalled old drivers with DDU)
