AMD RX 580 monitor Problem..

Hello,

i just got a new AMD RX 580 2048SP Graphic card, i have a Ryzen 5 5600G with "MB Asrock a520m-hdv", the card run normally but when i set the computer to sleep mode and when I want to wake up the pc, my monitor "Xiaomi a27i" with display port cable does not turn on and I have to restart the PC again and lose all my work, can i have some help please..

Sadly I have the same problem but not only when letting it sleep but having it randomly do it either mid game in a graphically intense game (mw3 and palworld) or watching YouTube.

This didn't happen for a very long period after I followed this reddit post (Tuning power): https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/pf4ebr/figured_out_a_fix_for_the_rx_580_intermittent/

 

I just recently got this black screen again so it might've not worked but there's your temporary solution, another potential fix is either getting a display port cable or reinserting your power cables from your PSU into your GPU again (supposedly from loose GPU power cables slipping over time).
