Just join, got my XFX Speedster MERC310 7900 XTX in today and I'm having terribly low frames about the same to my RTX 2080 on 2k at 21:9 and only having 60-70%GPU Usage.  I'm new to the AMD Software been messing with it for the last 5 hours where do I start?

What CPU are you using? It might be bottlenecking your GPU
