Hello, I just purchased a powercolor 7900 xt reference model. After swapping over from my 6900xt. I started to have odd GPU problems. the card acts normally on start up, then when I launch a game the usage in Adrenalin shoots up to 100% and stays there, even after closing a game. Task manager seems to show the correct usage percentage, but the card definitely is acting as if it is at 100 percent usage ie. high power draw and temps. I am updated to the latest versions of everything, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, I tried DDU, I did a full windows re-install. Nothing seems to work, I did not have this issue before, and the only way to get the usage in adrenalin back down is to restart the computer. Ending tasks in task manager does not seem to help either.
