Under serious load and seemingly random playing AAA games the computer will sound a very loud scary beep. This beep continues until I pause the game and then it goes away. I can continue the game with no issues. That simple pause of the game is all it takes to remove the beep.
Thank you!
You might try raising the power limit slider to its max and setting a more aggressive fan curve. Sounds like the card is just hanging and the power celling not being high enough can often be the cause.
if you feel the need you can ask AMD directly for help too:
In Radeon Settings there is a Bug Report tool too you can submit the issue or
You can contact AMD support here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form
Good Luck!
So I have realized that the Loud continuous beep starts when my Junction temp reaches above 92C.
I am manually tuning my voltage and my temps never run that high but I shouldnt have to tune anything on this GPU if I didn't have to.
Any ideas?
As soon as I start a AAA game without undervolting it my temp shoots up to 90 and then eventually gets to 92 where it beeps.
