LoL, The translation of your post from your native language was kinda hard to understand. But you are looking for AMD Drivers for your HD4850 - 4870 GPU cards?

Here is the last AMD Graphics drivers for your legacy GPU cards. None for Windows 10 or newer: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/ati-radeon-hd-4000-series/ati-radeon-hd-4870

By the way, all the HD 4xxx drivers are the same.

According to AMD article the HD 4xxx series GPU cards are not compatible with Windows 10 or above Operating Systems: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-615

I would allow Windows Update to install a compatible HD 4xxx Windows 10 or above GPU driver.
