I have an OMEN 30L and upgraded the PSU and went to AMD. Couple things to note if you are looking to do this:
1) You have to uninstall the Omen Gaming Center - If you don't uninstall it you will have issues with quality settings in game and stability. It took me 3 weeks too find this out.
2) The stock 7900xtx will fit into the 30L chassis without modification (just Barely).
3) The new PSU cables are thicker than the stock PSU cables, I have yet to route them where I can put the side cover back on.
The increase in GPU from the 3060ti to the 7900xtx is well worth it.
