I suggest you go to Overclocking forums and ask there how to overclock your AMD Processor. Best way to overclock the CPU is via BIOS.

Here are some Overclocking Websites you can ask:

https://www.overclock.net/forums/

https://www.overclockers.com/forums/

https://forums.extremeoverclocking.com/

https://www.overclockersclub.com/

NOTE: If you never done overclocking before I suggest you first learn as much as possible before actually overclocking your processor by asking the above Overclocking sites. You can damage both your Processor and Motherboard incorrectly overclocking the processor.

Plus when you overclock your processor, one of the key factor is that you have a powerful enough CPU Cooler to keep your processor from overheating due to overclocking.

As @elstaci  replied, the BIOS is the best place for overclocking.  Just remember to do it "one SMALL STEP at a time", then restart and test for stability.  I never perceived overclocking as a 1-2 hour job, perhaps 1-2 weeks of daily tinkering.  If it is unstable at any point just reenter the BIOS and back it down.

For the GPU, I tried MSI Afterburner many years ago.  Hated it and haven't used it in well over 20 years.  Yes, it is that old.

For RAM use XMP or AMD EXPO if your using DDR5.

I did run cinebench 10 min test and cpu did reach 80.5°C, I did not see frequency drop from 3.825-3.850 and power consumption was 160w. cpu usage is 70% max when I play games and during cinebench ofc 100%. wraith prism is doing good job. 5800x3d and 2700x have same default tdp 105w but 5800x3d have 5°C higher maximum operating temperature so I think wraith prism should do fine until I buy new cpu cooler.

I think there is not much space for oc with wraith prism. I plan to get dark rock pro 4 or similar cpu cooler.
