I have this very irritating bug with my RX 6800 XT.
When playing Overwatch for example. I have 165 FPS easily, 60-70% GPU usage. When I alt tab TWICE, my FPS goes down to 90-100, 95-100% GPU usage and stays here if I play the game. If I go back to Windows and don't touch the game for 2+ minutes, it goes back to 165+ FPS, 65% usage. It happens with more games

Like what is the issue here? I tried:
- Turning off and on all different settings in AMD driver
- Tried 2 different drive versions
- Swifthing to Fullscreen borderless vs Fullscreen

This never happened with my old GPU from Nvidia. With this AMD I have so many issues

I just found a sollution to my problem. It was caused by DISCORD! What a **bleep**ty app.

When I alt tab and go back to game, Discord overlay appears over game. At that time my FPS goes down. When discord is turned off, this never happans. Discord, go screw yourself
