I apologize if this is the wrong place to put this post; I've tried contacting several emails and phone numbers and wasn't able to reach anyone or received no response.
My order number is 103313911813.
I placed an order last Thursday; I was lucky enough to get a 5900x in the last drop. I checked the order status 2 days later, and it says cancelled.
I received both post-order emails after ordering; one explicitly stating that "Please note that your order has been processed and can no longer be changed or cancelled", so I was surprised to see that it was canceled when i checked. If there is an issue with my payment or any other details, I'd be happy to resolve them; but I received no email or reason for cancellation, or any way to resolve the issue.
I'm hoping someone here from the community can help me resolve this issue, thank you for your time.
