My screen gets pink when I get out of Fornite. AMD Rx580.

Hi, I have bought a radeon rx580 three months ago. I haven't had problems with it until now, but a few days ago, when I was playing fortnite, I left the game and suddenly, the monitor gets a little bit pink. The white and blue colors get pink. I try to change of dp port and it works, but today it happens again. Now, I have two ports that are pink and only one that are good. The problem is that the other two ports don't work well again. I don't know what to do? What could be the problem?? I never touch the graphic target and I have the last drivers.

Open Adrenalin 2020 20.12.1 GUI/UI.

Are you certain that you have not set Gaming -> Fortnite -> Custom Color Settings?
In that menu you have Control of the following:
Color Temperature.
Brightness.
Hue.
Contrast.
Saturation.

It might be that those settings stick when you exit Fortnite.
Perhaps a Fortnite process is still running that makes the Driver think it still needs to apply those settings?

They may override the similar settings available from the following menu:
Gaming -> Global Display
for some reason.

May also be worthwhile checking if Color depth or mode makes any difference.

You have likely already checked the above, but I thought I would mention it.
Setting Game Color menu options have caught me out in the past.

Good luck.

I would talk to the support department that made your card. Hopefully it is under warranty still and you can get an RMA for a card with working ports. Or they can help troubleshoot the issues if they think it is something else.

The only soluction that i have to this problem is to close radeon software when you start a game.

For you to solve this problem you have to unnistall amd drivers and than install it again and than when you start the pc you will have to close amd radeon software from task manager, you will have to do this every time when you start your pc with the task manager.

Thank you!
