McAfee Leftovers

I hope I'm in the right place.. but.. Would it kill me if I just manually deleted these files? I would appreciate some advice. Screenshot (21).png

Your post seems to have nothing to do with AMD products or hardware but leftover files from McAfee Antivirus program.

This would be the better forum to open a thread at McAfee Forums: https://forums.mcafee.com/

If you uninstalled McAfee Antivirus program from your PC and you found those left over files then you can delete them.

I suggest you download McAfee Removal Tool and see if that help remove most of the program's files: https://www.mcafee.com/support/?articleId=TS101331&page=shell&shell=article-view

You can try using a free Uninstaller called Wise Uninstaller. Click on "Forced uninstall" and guide it to the .exe file in your image. Wise uninstaller will then try to find all leftover traces connected to the .exe file.

If you have a paid version of a Uninstaller program use that instead like Revo's Uninstaller.

Otherwise open a thread at the above McAfee Forum.

My apologies.. I wasn't sure where to go with this and I've had some good advice from you guys in the past  so I thought I'd give it a shot here. Thanks for the direction.:)
