I recently opened a ticket using https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form
I did not, however, receive any e-mail but I did get a ticket number. I`d like to know if there is a place in the website where I can use this ticket number to keep track of how my submission is being treated or if has been analyzed yet.
