GPU to support 6 monitors...what are the current options. I would like to build a flight simulator

3 of the screens should work as one at 2 K resolution (2560x1440), 2 other connection should use HDMI at 1024x768 and another one should work at  1920 × 1080

an other option should be to use a Large 49" monitor (5120x1440) and 2 other connection should use HDMI at 1024x768 and another one should work at  1920 × 1080

Could I daisy chain the 3x 2K monitors using DP and get the same expected screen resolution ?

Depends if your GPU supports 6 Monitors and also if your DP Port supports MST Technology and which DP & HDMI Port versions is being used by your GPU card.

If your DP supports MST Technology you can Daisy-Chain 2 or more Monitors together. This Dell Support shows you how you can do this: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000128707/how-to-daisy-chain-multiple-monitors-using-displa...

Depending which DP and HDMI versions your GPU card has installed will depend on the Maximum Resolutions and Frequencies it will support in a Multi-Monitor setup.

Since the total Resolutions and Frequencies of all the monitors added together can't exceeds the Maximum Resolution and Frequencies of the DP or HDMI Port versions you have installed on your GPU card.

If you are planning on using DP or HDMI Adapter make sure that they all are "Active" DP or HDMI adapters. That will prevent compatibility issues with your monitors.
