Game lag

Ok here is what's happening ,  I load up Everquest  I lag super hard I do play window mode because I Box on the other screen, now here is the odd part  if i load youtube and play a song list or any other video the game lag is completely gone, close out youtube lag is back I have the AMD Radeon RX6600 video updated to Adrenalin, any help to fix the issue is appreciated thanks

Scratch this Post i figured out what the problems was , Monitor was set to 144  soon as i switched to 165Mhz the lag stopped with out a youtube video playing YAAAAYYYY
