I currently can not get my video card to show anything but Freesync not supported in the AMD settings

My monitor is an ultrawide LG 29WK500 and I have a R7 370. Currently the monitor has Freesync turned on, my response time is set to off, the black stabilizer is set to 0 and the Game mode is set to Game (Custom). The Monitor has two hdmi ports and is connected to the video card via the Video Cards hdmi port

The R7 370's radeon software version is 18.6.1 which i believe is the latest.

I'm not sure if the Freesync and its ability to support HDMI is purely software or if the chipset needs to support it as well. If it is that the card will only support freesync on its display port would a display port to hdmi cable support Freesync

Whelp now I look dumb. I saw that it excluded the R9 370 but thought "Well mines an R7" and did not look into it further and assumed since it showed up in the radeon settings it was supported. Thank you
