Hello everybody !
I am encountering the following issue when trying to target a component through a Digilent JTAG-HS2 converter :
xsdb% targets
1 whole scan chain (DR shift through all zeroes)
xsdb% jtag target
1 Digilent JTAG-HS2 210249BAA63A (error DR shift through all zeroes)
Do you know what causes this error and how to solve it ?
