I have an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-44 with AMD Ryzen 4800H and NVDIA GTX 1650. The laptop is just 1.5 years old. But since last 1 year, I have the following issue - Whenever I start the laptop, the Acer logo comes up and the display goes blank after POST (I can see that the laptop is still powered on). But, as soon as I close the lid (that is, put the laptop to sleep) and reopen the lid, the display is back. link
I am trying to solve this issue for past 1 year but to no avail. Tried everything like clean Windows installation, uninstalling/ reinstalling drivers in safe mode, physical laptop inspection etc. The issue is not consistent (happens 3 out of 5 times) and is seen on both Windows 10 and Windows 11. Please help. I will be very much grateful to the community.
