I recently upgraded some hardware on my computer and now it's running way slower in all aspects. Everything from booting, opening Discord, changing the song on Spotify, and of course playing a game.

Asus B450M --> MSI B650 AM5 DDR5
Corsair (2x) 8gb --> (2x) 16GB 6000 MHz
Stock Ryzen CPU cooler --> Be Quiet! Pure Loop 2
Reseated RAM in various ways
Upgraded from stock to higher end AIO cooler
Reset my Windows
Updated Bios and Chipset
Installed temp monitor - temps are fine now as I was told overheating was the issue but it's not
