BIOS update for 5800x3d

I recently upgraded my cpu from the 5600x to the 5800x3d for better performance on starfield. For context, I also have a 3070 Ti and 32 Gb 3200MHz ram. The issue is, ever since I've made this swap, extremely non demanding games cause my entire pc to crash and reboot. This originally had me believing it was a power issue but I have an 850W psu and this doesnt happen on gpu intensive games so i'm assuming i need a bios update. But id like to be sure  because I have no clue how to do that.

I think you might’ve done what I did. I also upgraded to a 5800X3D. I had issues until I cleared my CMOS. Try clearing your CMOS. Everything was just ducky after I cleared my CMOS and updated BIOS.
