Hi everyone, I recently purchased an RX 5700XT GPU and noticed that it is performing quite poorly in directx 11. I'm having issues with Lost Ark, and Dying Light 2, which are the games I'm currently playing. I tested several games in DX 12 and the problem did not appear. it's about the GPU working at a very low frequency, around 800Mhz, even with the game asking for more performance. On top of that, Stuterings kill the fun, and make me consider locking games at 30fps. I would like an answer from AMD, even knowing that this is difficult to happen. Otherwise, I will have to return my product, and for now I do not recommend your purchase to anyone, as they will have problems.
