I have a Lenovo Legion 5 15ARH7H Laptop with AMD Ryzen 7 6800H. I have read from old steam thread/ reddit thread that the amd graphics driver might be at fault for opening steam slowly from start menu and taskbar and it works fine at the hidden icons section. I tried disabling amd graphics driver and it fixes it. But since i use external monitor at home it will mess up my resolution on my laptop screen when Im not using the external monitor outside. Its 2023 now, is there any fix for it?

Steam problem, settings to include overlay, cloud storage, big picture, friends list, etc.............     loading on start.
