Guys im going to have a budget build with ryzen 3 2200g 

here is the specs

RYZEN 3 2200g 
MSI A320M PRO-VH Plus 
4gb(4x2)ddr4 2666 Kingston HyperX Fury Black, CL15 
Tecware Nexus M TG, micro atx, Black, 3x120mm 
240gb WDC Green SSD 2.5 sata; R|W: 540|465 68K|37K, 
EVGA 450BV, 450watts PSU, 80 bronze
MONITOR: LG flatron l1753s vga port only   

I see some issue about vga monitors with ryzen 3 2200g and its say that if your using a vga cable the screen of your monitor will be shown a black screen on your monitor

did you adjust your VGA monitor?
only since DVI the monitor "knows" where to show

try to adjust your VGA screen with its menu while PC is running
