I Need what AMD make reach a 100% of implementation of OpenGL driver in Radeon HD 6000 series

Hi! I have a AMD Radeon HD 6670 1GB gddr5 and in Linux don't support all features of the hardware GPU, this in Windows support to OpenGL 4.4, but in Linux only support OpenGL 3.1, I need a driver either owner or open source. It is all, Thanks & apologize my basic English.

hi,
which distro are you using?
as far as i know AMD made its catalyst opensource - so there are ways to get latest OpenGL working.

but you have to consider buying a newercard anyways - a RX560 is much more powerful and can be found under 90eur/$

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS

Adept I

i unfortunately have had the same issues with my RADEON VEGA 56

i just purchased a laptop with Ryzen 2700 8 core processor with AMD graphics chipset

with the promise of it being a rendering beast, but for interactivity in after effects its a NO GO

if you or anyone finds a solution to this seemingly widespread issue of adobe ae not being able to utilize the opengl please let us all know

aside from Element3D, Trapcode Particular also benefits GREATLY from using the GPU
but the selection under preferences>>preview>>CPU/GPU is greyed out no matter what i do
i've tried installing, uninstalling, using old legacy catalyst crimson software, and nothing
