High end games crashing with driver time outs

All of my high end games like ark and doom eternal are crashing within about 20 minutes of booting and playing. Is this an issue with the latest drivers or is this a consistent problem for others also?

If you are using a series 500 (say an RX580) the latest driver release notes say you may get driver timeouts..

This is when you are playing and streaming or watching video at the same time..
