Windows drivers with chronic problems?

I upgraded RX5700 to RX6800 on my desktop, but...

I never managed to solve these problems, I thought the old board was defective, but the problem is the same.

Windows 10:

  1.  Google Chrome flashes the screen frequently, especially with videos, it's horrible as if the card was broken.

*** disable mpo, seems to alleviate the problem, but does not solve it.

Windows 11:

  1. Same problem with Google Chrome. *** disabe mpo is completely irrelevant.
  2. Window closing animations seem to be at 18 FPS or less, it's terrible! BAD!

It seems that the gpu does not have the capacity to reproduce these animations.

If it becomes impractical to use, I cannot migrate to Windows 11 for this reason.

Have you tried another browser?  I had issues with chrome and changed to edge, no issues since I changed.

Firefox doesn't have this problem, because it uses Webrender which is based on OpenGL.

Chrome uses the V8 engine, which is based on DirectX11.

I think that the problem with window animations in Windows 11 is also due to using DirectX11, so there is a chance that the problem will never be resolved.
