Why does AMD driver not working on Linux with support 12bits color and HDR over HDMI

Well Linux is my favorit Os especially OpenSuse. but Linux still has 2 major big problems. One is lack a software second driver sisus inc por drivers.

Let's me take a exampel for you guys. I have 2 monitor setup of Dell one 4K 8bit monitor and one Dell 6K 12 bit monitor, and guess what no Linux distro (try all the big boys distro) can make it work perfect. Mening Perfekt so both monitor run at it's peak performans Dell P2715Q @ 4K (3840x2160) in 8bit color in 60Hz and Dell U3224KBA at 6K (6144x3456) 12 bit @ 60 HZ. on a Sapphire RX7900XTX OC Graphic card.

Now my question Why cant i have drivers that are as good as on Windows. Why AMD does not make better drivers for Linux.

The drivers that exist does not Work well especilly at HDR over HDMI or 12 bit color support on Displayport or HDMI for monitors that can support it, but on Windows it does.

Is there any solution so i can have Dell P2715Q @ 4K (3840x2160) in 8bit color in 60Hz and Dell U3224KBA at 6K (6144x3456) 12 bit @ 60 HZ. on a Sapphire RX7900XTX OC Graphic card to work well!!
