I have really simple question. Who in AMD decided to put VRR freesync on destop Windows insted of fixed 60 frames. That makes absolute no sense. On my 144hz monitor I cant see much diff (its still bad, i guess), but not on my OLED C1 48'. With VRR 59,94 Windows is laggy and annoying. Nvidia have fixed 60 frames on desktop (gsync) and VRR in games. Playstation also using fixed framerate on menu. Can some1 fix it or do I really need to buy Geforce as my next graphic card?
