Vega 56 Blue Screen of death when applying custom tuning

Apparently when updating to Adrenalin 23.11.1, it broke the Manual Tuning. Even just changing the fan speed alone would give you the BSOD. I see an update of 23.12.1 on AMD Software Adrenalin but I don’t know if AMD fix the problem so I rather not take the risk and update. Old vega 56/64 cards benefit a lot from undervolting and memory OC that, this is just not acceptable and makes the driver unusable when doing manual tuning.

So far the only fix to this is reversing back to 23.8.2. As I see from another post here, having the same issue.

It's the same on all drivers after (and including) 23.9.x

23.8.2 works fine, so roll back to that. Although after rolling back to these, I now have to apply my performance tuning profile at boot every time, because it resets to default. Never had that happen before, and I've been on this driver package before with no issue. Weird, but other than that everything works fine.
