Using Ryzen Master software. Does it have to be running to keep the 1800X set at the speed in the software?

Title. Seems that I set Master, then reboot and things are set. After exiting Master, exam in Task Manager shows CPU back at default. Looked in booklet but doesn't say whether you have to keep application running to keep overclock.
