You either need newer CPU + motherboard with fTPM support (firmware-based Trusted Platform Module)
Or you need additional dongle to motherboard that is called TPM module (it is if your mobo even supports it. Granted slots for it began to appear quite long ago)

Another way to do it, is to use Rufus utility and cripple Windows .iso file a bit so it won't request neither TPM or SecureBoot being enabled. It won't affect system in any way, but will allow you to install Windows without having to satisfy additional BS requirements.

Once you post your Processor then I can find out which version of fTPM it supports or if it even supports it.

Through you motherboard BIOS Settings. If your motherboard supports fTPM you should have a BIOS setting where you can enable it.

That what I used to enable my Ryzen 7 3700X processor on my Asus Motherboard when I upgraded to Windows 11.
