This issue has persisted for 6 months now and no fix. Turning off hardware acceleration is not an option for 5K and 8K videos.
No system specs violates community rules. Are you using adrenaline 22.11.2? If not update now. Are you using high quality 8k DP 1.4a cables? Are you using freesync?
