I Need some help. I buy a new pc online with this specs :
-Mother ASUS PRIME A520M-K AM4
-Procesador AMD Ryzen 5 5600G 4.4GHz Turbo + Wraith Stealth Cooler
-1 x Discos Solido SSD M.2 ADATA 512GB FALCON 3100MB/s NVMe PCI-E x4
-1 x Memoria GeiL DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz Super Luce RGB TUF Edition
So, I open some games (like Hades, League of legends, 7 days to die) and after x time crashes and a window of "AMD Bug Repor Tool" opens and says: " We detected a driver timeout has occured on your system. A bug report tool has been generated...
In Hades(steam) when it crash open a window that says:
"Directx Device Error: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG".
Connection to your directx graphics device was lost. Please ensure your drivers are up to date. If the problem persists, please try using the vulkan executable instead.
So I search solutions, but non of them help to solv it. I tried install the main page of Windows Operating Sistem, anothers drivers (recomended, optional, auto detect), I tried delete them with ddu and reinstall again, I tried delete them with amdcleanuputility-x64 and reinstall. I tried update directx from the main page of microsoft (dxwebsetup.exe)
But non of that works. It´ll be nice if some could tell me whats happening to my pc.
