Rebar randomly disabled at driver level after boot

Hi,

Using the latest driver (24.4.1), on my system, randomly, rebar capability isn't detected and enabled by the driver and sometimes it is, this happens frequently, about 50% of the time and a system reboot may or may not temporarily fix the issue.

All rebar settings  (CSM disabled, Above 4G decoding...) are correctly set in the MB bios and is at the latest version possible from Gigabyte website (F13g)

GPU-Z correctly detects rebar, but the driver shows otherwise:

What i tried:

Resetting MB bios and reconfiguring it from scratch, no change.

Reinstalling AMD drivers (with DDU uninstall), no change.

Installing previous drivers (same erratic behavior), no change.

System specs:

CPU: Core i7 13700k (no OC)
RAM: 32GB Gskill DDR5 memory 6000Mhz
MB: Aorus Master Z790
GPU: AMD Radeon 7900 XTX (no OC)
Sound: Steelseries Arctis Nova 7 (+ Sonar)
OS: Win 10 22H2
PSU: Corsair 1000w
Monitor: LG Ultragear 34" Ultrawide

I would chalk this one up to possible incompatibility with Intel and AMD Resizable BAR vs. SmartAccess Memory.

No problems here enabling SAM with a 5700X and 7900XT.

Have you tried previous versions of drivers?

There is no incompatibility with intel rebar, it's a standard feature no matter what plaform you're on.

And it's a random detection issue, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, so why not all the time?

If you read my entire post, then yes, i tried previous versions of drivers.
