So this is very strange and worrying. ping.exe is a genuine windows exe and should be there. 
However the Radeon software is reading it as a game, fortnite WHICH I DONT EVEN HAVE. 
And i have over 3 million hours! Clearly im an amazing fortniter. 

Jokes aside... this is worrying me. Any help to fix this would be great. The software has been updated to the latest version etc.

Looks like a simple bug which you can report using the Bug Reporting Tool. AMD Bug Report Tool | AMD

You can right click on the tile and select remove and it won't appear anymore. 

It's nothing to worry about.
